Q & A about A's Sourdough bread ordering system

 Question:
"I went to your website's online store and the sourdough breads are "SOLD OUT". When is it available?"

Answer: The bread pickup day is on Friday every week at A's Pizza Truck. Our authentic, artisan sourdough making process has a 3-day timespan. Therefore when we open the ordering on our online store on every Friday afternoon for receiving the orders for the following Friday as pickup day. The ordering closes on Tuesday night or when the weekly available number of breads is reached. From that moment the sourdough breads in our online store are "SOLD OUT" until we reopen the ordering on Friday again. And the cycle starts all over again.

Question: "Can I order sourdough bread through social media message/comment or text message?"

Answer: No. The sourdough bread orders have to be placed through our website's online store. The reason for that is to accurately control the available quantity avoiding any overbooking. Social media messages can get lost or misplaced, and while a missing pizza order can be made in few minutes time, it is not possible in the case of bread due to its lengthy dough making process and baking time.

Question: "What happens if I can't show up on pickup day for my bread order?"

Answer: At the end of each pickup day, the unclaimed loaves are donated to the Newmarket Community Fridge on Main st.

Question: "Can I pay for my bread order at the truck upon pickup?"

Answer: No. The payment for our sourdough bread has to be at checkout, when the order is placed on our website. We accept payment using any credit/debit card, or PayPal.

Question: "Do I have to book a specific time for my bread order pickup on Friday at the truck?"

Answer: Bread orders can be picked up anytime between 12pm and 7pm on any pickup day Friday.
